Hello! We’re THRILLED that you’re interested in being a vendor at our very first Coastal Bend Creator Con. One of the BEST perks about becoming one of our vendors is that you’ll be able to keep 100% of your profits! Below is the information you’ll need in order to register to become a vendor. We look forward to seeing you at the convention!
What comes with the Vendor Booth Space?
1 – 10×10 space, 8′ Backdrop drape, 3′ divider drape,1 – 6 ft skirted table, 1 – ID Sign & 2 chairs
We have two vendor booth prices. Our “Yellow” booths ($250) will be placed in a prime location, are limited in number; and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Our “Blue” booths ($125) will be placed randomly on our floor plan.
Payment for Vendor Booths
Payments are due within 5 business days of being approved by the CBCC team. If more time or a payment plan is needed, they will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Power and Wifi
Power and WiFi is NOT included in the price of vendor booths and must be paid separately with the event center. We will provide information for you if that is needed.
Additional Exhibitor Badges
Additional vendor badges can be purchased prior to the event. Additional vendor badges will be cash only. These additional vendor badges are in limited supply and are first come/first serve.
Silent Auction Item
Because we are invested in giving back to our community, we are asking that in addition to the vendor fee, every vendor provide a silent auction item of at least $15 in value. We will be choosing a non-profit to give all of the Silent Auction proceeds to.
Good Taste and The Rights of Others
Coastal Bend Creator Con holds the right to require any Vendor/Exhibitor to make changes to his or her exhibit if Coastal Bend Creator Con’s opinion the exhibit does not conform to prevailing standards.
Refunds are not available unless postponement or cancellation is initiated by Coastal Bend Creator Con.
Use of Music
Absolutely no unlicensed music will be allowed. Vendors found in violation of this rule will only receive one warning. A second violation will result in being ejected from the convention.
Booth Set Up
All vendors/exhibitors will be required to have their booth set up prior to the day of the event. Set up will be allowed on Friday, August 18, 2023, from 12:00pm – 8:00pm.
Booth Tear Down
Booths must remain intact and manned throughout the hours of the convention and may not be dismantled prior to the closing of the convention.
Coastal Bend Creator Con will not be held responsible for any issues arising from an unmanned booth during convention hours. The loading dock will not be open for breakdown prior to the close of the exhibition room.
Do not leave excessive trash in the venue after breaking down your booth(s). If you break down your space prior to the end of the convention you will be banned from setting up at future conventions.
Attendee’s have paid for the ability to shop with Vendors and Exhibitors and expect them to be set up during convention hours. By breaking down early you are doing both the attendees and the convention a disservice.
Vendors/Exhibitors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Vendors/Exhibitors will not hold management liable for any breaches, losses, or damage to themselves or their property.
All vendors/exhibitors agree to hold blameless COASTAL BEND CREATOR CON and all COASTAL BEND CREATOR CON staff members and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss, or theft due to said vendors/exhibitors participation in COASTAL BEND CREATOR CON. State tax is the responsibility of the artist/vendor to collect according to state laws.
COASTAL BEND CREATOR CON in no way endorses any talent/vendors/exhibitor’s merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All talent/vendors/exhibitors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions, and/or direction of COASTAL BEND CREATOR CON.
Talent/vendors/exhibitors do not represent COASTAL BEND CREATOR CON in any way.

Final payment is due five (5) working days from the signed date of the contract. All sales are final. There are no refunds.
BY CHECKING THIS ONLINE FORM AGREEMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE I AM THE LEGAL, AUTHORIZED PARTY REPRESENTING THE COMPANY LISTED ABOVE. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND I AGREE TO UPHOLD THESE TERMS AS NOTED. I AGREE ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT ALONG WITH ANY SUBCONTRACTORS OR PERSONNEL PARTICIPATING ON OUR BEHALF TO HOLD COASTAL BEND CREATOR CON AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES HARMLESS FROM LOSS AND/OR INJURY, PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT.
I ALSO AGREE TO BE HELD 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES TO GUESTS AND PERSONNEL OF THE EVENT IF ANY HARM IS REALIZED FROM THIS VENDOR’S EQUIPMENT FAILURE, EMPLOYEE MISCONDUCT, OR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE VENDOR’S PARTICIPATION. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION DUE TO A NATURAL DISASTER OR ANY EVENTS OUTSIDE OF COASTAL BEND CREATOR CON CONTROL THE EVENT MAY BE RESCHEDULED. ANY LITIGATIONS DUE TO CONTENT WILL BE PASSED ON TO THE PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING CONTENT. ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A SALES TAX ID AND ANY ADDITIONAL PROPER LICENSES FOR THEIR BOOTHS. FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUCH LICENSES 1 MONTH PRIOR TO THE EVENT WILL RESULT IN VENDOR BOOTH CANCELLATION, INABILITY TO ATTEND THE EVENT, AND ZERO REFUNDS.
